Engagements are ongoing monthly retainers, not fixed-term projects. The first 60-90 days follow the four-phase Formulytic Method (Assess, Strategize, Execute, Optimize), after which the engagement transitions into continuous optimization. Most clients see measurable pipeline impact within 60 days. There are no long-term contracts — we earn the relationship month to month.

Month one covers the Assess and Strategize phases. We audit your CRM, lifecycle stages, attribution setup, tech stack, and existing campaigns. We interview key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance. By the end of the month, you have a documented baseline, a growth roadmap with clear KPIs, and a prioritized execution plan ready to launch.

We measure against pipeline and revenue — not vanity metrics. Key metrics include SQLs generated, pipeline contribution, conversion rates by lifecycle stage, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy. Every engagement has a shared dashboard with real-time visibility into these metrics. We report monthly and adjust strategy based on what the data shows.

We work alongside your team as a senior extension — not a replacement. We plug into your existing workflows, attend your standups and pipeline reviews as needed, and execute directly in your CRM and marketing tools. Most clients do. The Assess phase is specifically designed to evaluate what you have, identify what's working, and build on top of it — not start from scratch. We preserve existing workflows and configurations that are driving results and focus on closing gaps. If your lifecycle stages are solid but attribution is missing, we build attribution without disrupting what's already working.
